These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Audio Splitter AI-powered audio separation service ("Service") provided by Audio Splitter Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users of the Service.

2. Definitions

The following terms have the meanings set forth below:

1. "Service" refers to the AI-powered audio separation and processing service provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Audio Content" refers to audio files uploaded by Users for processing through the Service.
4. "Separated Tracks" refers to the individual audio components (vocals, instruments, etc.) generated by our AI processing.

3. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

1. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time within the limits of applicable law.
3. When Terms are modified, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other appropriate means.
4. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service.

4. Service Provision

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • AI-powered audio separation and analysis
   • Vocal removal and isolation
   • Instrument separation (bass, drums, guitar, piano, etc.)
   • Download of separated audio tracks
2. The Service is available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance periods.
3. We may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues, and will provide notice when possible.

5. User Obligations

1. Users must not engage in the following activities:
   • Uploading copyrighted material without proper authorization
   • Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
   • Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
   • Using the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
   • Sharing account credentials with third parties
   • Exceeding usage limits or attempting to circumvent restrictions
2. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and process any audio content.
3. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

6. Audio Processing and Security

1. Uploaded audio files are used solely for AI processing and separation.
2. All files are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete.
3. We do not store, copy, distribute, or share your audio content with third parties.
4. All file transfers and processing are secured using SSL encryption and secure environments.

7. Nature of Service Results

1. AI separation results are based on current technology capabilities and are provided as-is.
2. Results may vary in quality depending on the source material and cannot be guaranteed to be perfect.
3. The Service is intended for entertainment, educational, and creative purposes.
4. The Company is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on separation results.

8. Company Obligations and Limitation of Liability

1. The Company strives to provide continuous and stable service.
2. We are committed to protecting user privacy and data security.
3. The Company is not liable for:
   • Service interruptions due to force majeure, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances
   • Damages resulting from user's intentional or negligent actions
   • Consequences arising from user decisions based on AI separation results
   • Third-party actions or damages related to user's use of the Service
4. Company liability is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including AI algorithms, software, and design, belong to the Company.
2. Users retain ownership of their uploaded audio content, subject to temporary processing rights granted to us.
3. Users may not use the Service or its results for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
2. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located.
